Nishu, a spirited girl from the quaint village of Sasaram in Bihar, harbored a dream that seemed as distant as the stars to many in her community. From a young age, she was fascinated by the idea of justice and the law, often envisioning herself standing in a courtroom, eloquently defending the truth. However, in her small village, girls were rarely encouraged to pursue such lofty ambitions.

Undeterred by the traditional expectations, Nishu's determination only grew stronger. She worked tirelessly in her studies, often staying up late into the night, absorbed in her books. Her dedication paid off when she completed her schooling with top marks. Recognizing her potential, her parents decided to support her ambition, despite the challenges it would bring.

Nishu packed her bags and left for Delhi, a bustling metropolis far removed from the serene life of Sasaram. The transition was tough, with the city's fast pace and competitive environment proving overwhelming at times. Yet, Nishu remained focused on her goal. She enrolled in a reputable law college and began her journey towards an LLB degree.

Her days were filled with lectures, case studies, and endless reading, but Nishu embraced each moment with enthusiasm. She made new friends, joined study groups, and even interned at a few law firms to gain practical experience. Each step brought her closer to her dream, fueling her determination.

Years of hard work culminated in her graduation. With an LLB degree in hand, Nishu returned to Sasaram, not as the village girl who had left years ago, but as a confident lawyer ready to make a difference. She opened a small practice, offering her services to those who couldn't afford legal representation. Her reputation as a diligent and fair lawyer grew, inspiring many young girls in her village to dream big.

Nishu's journey from Sasaram to Delhi and back was more than just a pursuit of a career; it was a testament to the power of determination and the importance of support. She showed that with hard work and unwavering resolve, even the most distant dreams could become a reality.

बिहार के सासाराम के विचित्र गांव की एक उत्साही लड़की निशु ने एक ऐसा सपना देखा था जो उसके समुदाय के कई लोगों को सितारों की तरह दूर लगता था। छोटी उम्र से ही वह न्याय और कानून के विचार से मोहित हो जाती थी, अक्सर खुद को अदालत में खड़े होकर सच्चाई का बचाव करते हुए देखती थी। हालाँकि, उसके छोटे से गाँव में लड़कियों को शायद ही कभी ऐसी ऊँची महत्वाकांक्षाएँ रखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता था।

पारंपरिक अपेक्षाओं से विचलित हुए बिना, निशु का दृढ़ संकल्प और भी मजबूत होता गया। उसने अपनी पढ़ाई में अथक परिश्रम किया, अक्सर देर रात तक जागकर अपनी किताबों में खोई रहती। उसकी लगन का फल तब मिला जब उसने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा सर्वोच्च अंकों के साथ पूरी की। उसकी क्षमता को पहचानते हुए, उसके माता-पिता ने चुनौतियों के बावजूद उसकी महत्वाकांक्षा का समर्थन करने का फैसला किया।

निशु ने अपना बैग पैक किया और सासाराम के शांत जीवन से दूर एक हलचल भरे महानगर दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हो गई। यह बदलाव कठिन था, शहर की तेज़ गति और प्रतिस्पर्धी माहौल कई बार भारी साबित हुआ। फिर भी, निशु अपने लक्ष्य पर केंद्रित रही।  उसने एक प्रतिष्ठित लॉ कॉलेज में दाखिला लिया और एलएलबी की डिग्री की ओर अपना सफर शुरू किया।

उसके दिन व्याख्यानों, केस स्टडी और अंतहीन पढ़ाई से भरे हुए थे, लेकिन निशु ने हर पल को उत्साह के साथ जीया। उसने नए दोस्त बनाए, अध्ययन समूहों में शामिल हुई और व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त करने के लिए कुछ लॉ फर्मों में इंटर्नशिप भी की। हर कदम उसे उसके सपने के करीब ले गया, जिससे उसका दृढ़ संकल्प और मजबूत हुआ।

कई सालों की कड़ी मेहनत के बाद उसे ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री मिली। एलएलबी की डिग्री हाथ में लेकर निशु सासाराम लौटी, लेकिन वह सालों पहले गांव छोड़कर गई लड़की की तरह नहीं थी, बल्कि एक आत्मविश्वासी वकील के रूप में, जो बदलाव लाने के लिए तैयार थी। उसने एक छोटी सी प्रैक्टिस खोली और उन लोगों को अपनी सेवाएँ दीं जो कानूनी प्रतिनिधित्व का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते थे। एक मेहनती और निष्पक्ष वकील के रूप में उसकी प्रतिष्ठा बढ़ी, जिसने उसके गाँव की कई युवा लड़कियों को बड़े सपने देखने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

सासाराम से दिल्ली और वापस निशु की यात्रा सिर्फ़ करियर की तलाश से कहीं बढ़कर थी; यह दृढ़ संकल्प की शक्ति और समर्थन के महत्व का प्रमाण था। उसने दिखाया कि कड़ी मेहनत और अटूट संकल्प के साथ, सबसे दूर के सपने भी हकीकत बन सकते हैं।
