✘ धूप में जाते ही ठंडा पानी या कोल्ड ड्रिंक न पिएं

✘ 11AM से 4PM के बीच धूप में ज्यादा न निकलें

Kya Karna Chahiye (DO's):
1. Pani zyada peeyin:
Din bhar me kam se kam 8-10 glass pani piyein. Coconut water, lemonade, ya ORS bhi le sakte hain.
2. Halka aur healthy khana khayein:
Seasonal fruits (jaise tarbooj, kharbooja, aam) aur sabziyaan khayein. Dahi, chhachh, aur salad bhi accha hota hai.
3. Dhup se bachav karein:
Bahar jaate waqt cap, sunglasses aur sunscreen ka use karein. 11 baje se 4 baje ke beech zyada dhup me na niklein.
4. Cotton ke halki rang ki kapde pehnein:
Yeh kapde sweat absorb karte hain aur body ko thanda rakhte hain.
5. Niyamit vyayam aur sahi neend:
Subah ya shaam ko halka vyayam karein aur 6-8 ghante ki neend lein.

1. Thanda pani ya cold drinks turant dhoop se aake mat peeyein:
Yeh galat tareeka hai, isse galey aur digestion dono ko problem ho sakti hai.
2. Oily aur spicy khana avoid karein:
Isse body me garmi badhti hai aur acidity, food poisoning ho sakti hai.
3. Bahut tight aur synthetic kapde na pehnein:
Yeh pasina absorb nahi karte, jisse skin problems ho sakti hain.
4. Zyada ice-cream, cold drinks ka overuse mat karein:
Thoda theek hai, lekin zyada lene se immune system kamzor ho sakta hai.
5. Fizzy drinks aur alcohol avoid karein:
Yeh body ko aur zyada dehydrate kar dete hain.
